Sliding Scale

A sliding scale fee is available and based on total combined household income or student status. Income reported is based on the honor system. If sessions will only be affordable through a sliding scale, please discuss this prior to initial visit, otherwise regular rate applies.

Cancellation Policy

Kindly give at least a 24 hour notice by phone to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid being charged the late fee of $25. If you do not call or show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for paying the full cost of the session.

Insurance Policy

If you are using insurance, and your claims are denied or your insurance company does not provide reimbursement for any reason, you are responsible for the full cost of the session.
